    We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13 (see Section 9).

    We do not share data with affiliates or advertisers unless part of the above exceptions.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We’ll respond within 30 days after verifying your identity. Note: These rights apply only to personal data as defined by law and may be limited by our operational needs or legal obligations.

7. Data Retention and Changes to This Policy

  1. Retention: We keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide the App, fulfill legal obligations, or resolve disputes—typically no longer than 5 years after your account is terminated, unless required otherwise. Usage data may be anonymized and retained indefinitely for analytics.
  2. Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, operational, or feature changes. Updates will be posted in the App and, for material changes, sent via email at least 30 days before taking effect (using the address you provided). Your continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users 18 and older, per our Terms and Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us at support@sportsavantgarde.com.
